Georgina Williams is a Plastic Surgeon and Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Plastic Surgery), specialising in Facial and Breast Plastic Surgery and Microsurgery. She holds first class degrees in medicine and neuroscience. She is medically qualified in both the UK and in the USA and has been a visitor at centres in Manhattan, Philadelphia and Tokyo.
Georgina’s NHS practice is as a Consultant at Charing Cross and St Mary’s Hospitals where she performs breast reconstruction and complex head and neck reconstructive surgery. Georgina runs the weekly Breast Reconstruction Seminar at Maggie’s Centre at Charing Cross, working with breast cancer patients to help them better understand the breast reconstructive options available to them.
She also has a very busy non-surgical aesthetic practice which mainly focuses around botox and fillers.

Dr Jonathan Dunne is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon with nearly 15 years of experience and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Plastic Surgery). He is uniquely trained in all aspects of facial plastic surgery, undertaking two further years of fellowships in minimally invasive facial skin cancer treatment (Mohs surgery), head and neck microvascular surgery, facial palsy, and craniofacial and aesthetic surgery. His further training in facial plastic surgery was completed in Melbourne, Boston and Stockholm, and aesthetic training in London hospitals including the Wellington, King Edward VII, the London Clinic and St John and St Elizabeth’s.
Jonathan is lead clinician for the Imperial Skin Cancer Service and founded the Imperial Facial Reconstruction Centre, a multi-specialty collaborative providing expert care. He co-authored the Oxford Handbook of Head & Neck anatomy, has authored more than 50 publications and book chapters, and is regularly invited to speak at international meetings on facial plastic surgery and skin cancer, being awarded several national prizes. He is the Principal Investigator for the international MelMarT-II melanoma trial at Imperial, and Chief Investigator for the DEPLOY desmoplastic melanoma study.
Jonathan is passionate about plastic surgery education and development in resource-poor settings. He has worked for 6 months in Blantyre, Malawi, and is a trustee of the Malawi Burns Trust and a member of the national committee for BFIRST (British Foundation for International Reconstructive Surgery & Training).

Dr Eirini Merika graduated from UCL in 2007 with merits and the Elizabeth Garret Anderson Scholarship. After completing core training in North West London Hospitals and publishing extensively in dermatology journals, she gained a place on the competitive Chelsea & Westminster and St Mary’s Hospitals rotations. She has been a Consultant Dermatologist at Chelsea and Wesminster since 2016 and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in 2019.
Eirini founded and led the Chelsea and Westminster Acne Service – a new service to support management of people with acne, embracing digital technology and remote monitoring. Since October 2022 she has been the Service Lead (Lead Consultant) for Dermatology at Chelsea & Westminster NHS Foundation Trust.
Eirini was appointed the Training Programme Director (TPD) for Dermatology at Chelsea and Westminster between 2016-2020. Her clinical interests are in adult & paediatric dermatology with special interest in acne, atopic dermatitis and cosmetic dermatology. Eirini is the principal investigator in clinical research trials such as JAK inhibitors for the management of severe atopic dermatitis.

Dr Ashley Spencer is a Consultant Dermatologist at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. She graduated from Birmingham Medical School in the top 5% of her cohort, with honours, multiple distinctions and several prizes. Her initial postgraduate general medical training was in Birmingham,
which included work at the Birmingham Skin Centre. She ranked first nationally for entrance into dermatology specialist training, earning a place on the North London Dermatology Training Programme with rotations at Imperial College Healthcare and University College London Hospitals
NHS Trusts.
Dr Spencer has undertaken numerous research projects in fields such as genital dermatology, skin allergy, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma and histiocytosis. She has presented her work nationally and internationally, and has received multiple awards during her postgraduate training. At Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, she is and has been Principal Investigator (PI) on several clinical research studies. She is currently undertaking a part-time MD(Res) with Professor Chris Bunker at University College London, investigating the role of the microbiome in the aetiopathogenesis of female genital lichen sclerosus.
In her NHS practice, Dr Spencer holds clinics in medical dermatology and skin cancer and performs skin surgery. She also has a specialist lupus clinic where she works closely alongside her rheumatology and renal colleagues. Dr Spencer is a member of the Royal Society of Medicine, British Association of Dermatologists, and British Society for the Study of Vulval disease.

Dr Daniel O’Driscoll is a consultant dermatologist with an NHS practice at Hammersmith Hospital, part of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. He trained at Oxford University Medical School, undertaking an intercalated MA in Medical Sciences.
Dr O’Driscoll completed his dermatology specialist training in the Wessex deanery. Dr. Sharleen Hill is a Consultant Dermatologist with a specialist interest in eczema and allergy. She serves as the medical lead for patch testing and phototherapy. Dr. Hill completed her specialist training in London after ranking first nationally for entrance into the program. She has also undertaken significant research and training abroad, including a fellowship at Stanford University in the USA focusing on pre-clinical laboratory studies, and a year in Sydney where she was a sub-investigator for numerous commercial clinical trials for novel dermatology treatments.
