How does DERMAL FILLERS work?

Dermal fillers are hyaluronic acid, in gel-like consistency, used as a cosmetic treatment to treat wrinkles and add volume to the face (cheeks, chin, jaw, temples, nasolabial folds and lips) to help enhance and contour. There are several different types of fillers, which your practitioner can talk to you about to choose the one most suitable for you.

What complementary treatments are available?

Dermal fillers are an excellent way to enhance your natural features and target signs of ageing, such as volume loss. For best results the treatment is best paired with antiwrinkle treatment (Botox®) to help soften fine lines and wrinkles, whilst Morpheus8® helps stimulate collagen and improves skin elasticity and texture. SkinPen® stimulates collagen, targets fine lines and improves the appearance of scarring. Lip Fillers can be paired with platelet rich plasma PRP treatment such as a Vampire Facial for superior results

All the above treatments can be undertaken at Montrose by our highly trained and experienced team
